Action of God

Old Testament reveals that the blessing is given by God that obeys His Word.

“And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God,” (Deut. 28:2).

The Bible reveals in Deuteronomy 28, that it is important for people to listen to God’s Word. God’s voice must be heard because without divine revelation of God’s will, how can one understand His will? If we do not obey God’s Word, we will suffer the influence of rebellion upon our spirits and bodies.

The curse must fall on him who sins or is ignorant of the Word of God.

It is God’s will to heal you and give you abundance of blessing. Blessings will come upon you and blessings shall overtake you in every part of your life as you hear God’s Voice (Word). As you continue to receive the fulfillment of the various promises of God which relate to all circumstance, trails, and health, God wants to work miracles for you.

New Testament obedience is receiving Jesus!

“Blessed be the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ,” (Eph. 1:3).

There are benefits concerning people that have obeyed God by choosing Jesus Christ’s Blood Sacrifice.

“Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden underfoot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace” (Hebr. 10:29).

I have ministered worldwide and know that beyond a shadow of doubt that God heals and does miracles today. In Africa, I prayed for a Muslim woman and led her to the Lord. She was bent over from her waist. After she became Born Again and filled with the Holy Ghost, I prayed for God to heal her. Instantly, God straightened her back. It was a great miracle.

People ask, why does God heal on foreign mission but He does not heal in America? God does heal in America; I’ve seen Him heal thousands in America. However, many churches never experience His miracle working powers. One reason, many pastors never pray for healing and deliverance of the people. The other, some preachers carefully teach them to doubt God. Others say, “The days of miracles have passed, God only used the disciples in the Bible to do that.” Absolutely lies and unbiblical teaching. A lot of people never expect that God can heal them because entire denominations teach them, “healing is of the Devil.”

My God have mercy on the American doubting people. If they would throw away the false Bible versions and return to the KJV, maybe they’ll get enough faith to believe Him for a miracle.

Rom 10:17-18, –“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 18 But I say, have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.”KJV

Throw away all those junk Bibles, find a KJV, study it and Believe God is not a man that He can lie.

Believers Are Promised Victory Over Satan and Every Demon Power.

God does his part.
He gives us the power to do our part.

Mark 16:17-18, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 .They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover,”KJV

Believers are taught to engage aggressively in spiritual warfare.

(Eph 6:16-20), “And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” KJV

We have been raised with Christ.

(Eph. 1:19-21). “And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23 Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.” KJV

Seated with Christ.

(Eph. 2:6). “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” KJV

Empowered to reign for Christ on earth

Rom. 5:17, “ For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)” KJV

It is the will of Jesus for His disciples to heal the sick.

Luke 10:9, –“And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.” KJV

Lordship of Christ

“There shall no plague come nigh thy dwelling,” (Exod. 30:12).

God can and will protect us physically, as well as spiritually, under all circumstances.

Biblical healing does not pertain to:

New Age healing
Christian Science.
Natural or New Thought philosophy.
Spiritualism.
Therapies or medications.
Superstition.
Mental suggestion.
Psychology.
Witchcraft.

Supernatural healing of disease and infirmities without natural means by the spirit of God; the Christian ministry should duplicate Jesus Christ’s work!

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people,” (Matt. 4:23).

Preach the gospel to the poor!

“Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him, ” (Jam. 2:5).
To heal the brokenhearted!
“The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound,” (Isa. 61:1).
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, me to heal the deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,” (Lk. 4:18).

Healing means curing or restoring to a sound and healthy condition.

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee,” (Exod. 15:26).

It is noteworthy that the Greek Word for Savior, Soteria may also be rendered Healer. Jesus saw Himself functioning as both Healer and Saviour in His assertions that His power over disease is evidence of His power to forgive sins. (for example, see Mk. 2: 1-12). Jesus also announced the reason for His appearance in (Luke 4:18).

What Causes Blessings or Curses

Deliverance from Sin

Disobedience or obedience to God’s law.

“And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God,” (Deut 28:1-2).

Blessing or curses in a Person’s life.
God said to him in Genesis.

“That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the ate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice,” (Gen. 22:17-18).

The cause for Abraham’s blessing was that he heard and obeyed the voice of God.

The basic cause for curses is stated in (Deut. 28:15). “But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day, that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee. . . .”

Therefore, the root cause of all curses is not hearing and not obeying God’s Word.
- Notice that both curses and blessings “overtake” us.
- We do not really have to chase them.
- We must fulfill the conditions, either positive or negative.
- If we do the positive requirement: The blessings overtake us.

If we do the negative requirement: The curses overtake us. It does not matter how hard we try.

We cannot go so fast that they will not overtake us!

“And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee,” (Deut. 7:13).

If God gave this gift to Old Testament and New Testament Saints, why would he take this gift from today’s church?

(Acts 10:34), “Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons.” The devil is still around today.

Mark dedicates more of his account to Jesus’ miracles than any of the other Gospel writers. For Mark, these miracles were a demonstration of Jesus’ power. His power over disease, death, to provide food, His authority to forgive sin, the forces of evil, power over evil spirits not in His immediate proximity, power to heal the blind, and even over nature.

Many flocked to Him to be healed and fed. Some wondered who Jesus was. However, others followed Him. Jesus is a miracle worker.
